GE assigned Evans for a warranty repair and we were to expect a call from them within 24 hrs to schedule a date and time. After 7 days passed, I called Evans myself and was told I would get a call back soon. After another 24hrs passed, I called Evans AGAIN and this time received a call back later that day. We set a day and time later in the week for them to come out. Day-of my husband made plans to be home but no one showed up from Evans. Not even a call to cancel. Completely AWFUL!!! Do not use. There guys do not have their act together.
